What this website collects
Almost nothing, and we'll say it plainly: this is a static website. It has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics tools, and our code sets no cookies.
The site's only external connection is its typography, loaded from Google Fonts. When you open the page, your browser makes a standard request to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), just as it does on millions of websites. Google handles that request under its own policies.

When you message us on WhatsApp or call
The buttons on this site open WhatsApp. Your messages travel through WhatsApp / Meta under their own terms and policies — that part is outside our control.
On our side, we keep only what you send us: your name, your number, and the content of your messages. We use it to reply to you and prepare your proposal — nothing else. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.
The same goes if you call us at (347) 334-8792: we keep what's needed to follow up on your inquiry.

If we build a system for your business, we work with real data from your operation: quality assurance is done end to end with your real data before anything is delivered to you.
At handoff, the system's credentials pass into your hands along with a runbook — the written guide to operate it. The system is yours: access doesn't stay tied to us.
RETENTION
How long we keep your information
We keep conversation and proposal records only as long as needed to do the work and meet legal obligations. No hoarding data for its own sake.
