of service.

You contract with J. ALMOTE LLC.

ALMONTE AI is the public brand of J. ALMOTE LLC (yes, with that exact spelling). When you accept one of our proposals, the agreement is between your business and J. ALMOTE LLC. The person behind it is Juan Almonte.

If it isn't written down, it isn't included.

Every project starts with a 1-page written proposal covering three things: scope, price and delivery date. What's included is exactly what's listed in the proposal you accept — the scope is closed in writing. You know what to expect, and we know what to deliver.

Changes get approved before the work, not after.

Any change or addition to the scope is quoted and approved in writing before we work on it. No "while you're at it…": if you want something new, we tell you what it costs and how long it takes, and you decide.

Two rounds included.

Every build includes 2 revision rounds to fine-tune what we delivered. Extra rounds are $75 each.

If something breaks, we fix it free.

Everything we deliver is covered by a 30-day guarantee after delivery: if anything we built fails, we fix it at no cost. New functionality isn't a bug — it's handled as a change (see point 03).

Monthly, with no lock-in.

Maintenance plans and care plans are monthly with no lock-in: you can cancel with 15 days' notice. Without an active plan, support after the guarantee is billed at $75 per incident.

Your part has a date, too.

To build, we need access and content from your side (accounts, photos, menu, prices…). If they take more than 7 days to arrive, the delivery date moves back day for day. That's fair to both sides.

Equipment is quoted separately, at cost.

If your project needs hardware (say, a computer or a server), it's quoted separately and at cost — never hidden inside the price of the service.

Set in writing, project by project.

Payment terms are set in each project's written proposal, together with the scope, price and date. Before you pay anything, you've seen it all in writing.

We hand you the keys.

Every project is delivered working: a recorded video demo, a 1-page runbook showing how to run the system, and the credentials handed to you. You know how it works, and you hold the keys.
